Most service business owners are trapped inside the business they’ve built. Every call, every quote, every follow-up routes through them. Run Wild runs it for them, so they can own the business instead of being owned by it.
What we believe
You didn’t start a business to buy yourself a job. You started it to own your time. If every call, quote & follow-up still routes through you, you own a job, not a business. Everything we build exists to end that.
Software should do the work, not just track it. Tracking was never the goal. It was the ceiling: software couldn’t do the work, so it watched you do it. AI ended that. Bolted onto a tracking tool, it’s still a tracking tool, so we built from the ground up: software that answers the call, chases the quote & follows the invoice until it’s paid.
The decisions are yours. The structure is our job. You shouldn’t have to architect a CRM to run a plumbing company. We did that work once, deeply, so nothing can be set up wrong & nothing can drift. What stays yours forever: what your AI says, who it talks to & how much rope it gets.
Software shouldn’t charge per seat. You shouldn’t be punished for using it correctly: your whole team belongs in the system. Per-seat billing is a tax from a world that no longer exists. We meter the work instead: you pay for what gets done, and your bill should track the money it made you.
Why I built Run Wild
For years I was the consultant who set up your CRM. The automation engineer who wired the follow-ups and kept the system running. I did that work inside 50+ businesses, from local service shops to billion-dollar enterprises.
Every one of them had the same problem. The system only matched reality while someone was paid to maintain it. The moment that stopped, it drifted: an automation broke, the manual entry died off, and the owner was back to running everything from their own head.
I had the same problem. I’ve been owned by my own businesses, always on, carrying the whole thing in my head. After enough years inside everyone else’s operation, I believed one system could set business owners free. Me included. It had to do the work itself, and it had to be impossible to set up wrong or break by accident.
Run Wild is that belief come to life. It exists so you never have to carry your business the way I carried mine.
