Set how far your AI can go on its own, flow by flow. A flow that books jobs can run end to end while the one that sends quotes waits for you, and neither setting leaks into the other.

Every flow you already run keeps the setting it had. Change one from its flow page and the change takes effect on the next run, so nothing in flight changes under you.

  • Approvals raised while a flow was paused now land in the dock instead of waiting for the next run.
  • A flow renamed mid-run keeps its name on the run already in progress.
  • The flow list shows how far each flow can go on its own, so you can read the whole board without opening anything.
  • Approval requests carry the reason your AI paused, not just the step it paused on.

Groups

Group your contacts the way your business already thinks about them: the maintenance plan, last spring's roof jobs, everyone within 10 miles. Then run a flow on the whole group at once.

Groups stay live. A contact that starts matching joins on its own, and one that stops matching leaves, so a group you set up in March is still right in September.

  • Group membership updates as soon as the contact changes, rather than on a nightly pass.
  • A flow run on a group reports per contact, so a single failure no longer reads as a failed group.
