Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Run Wild ("Run Wild," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

Run Wild is an AI-powered CRM and communications platform for service businesses. The AI reads your business communications, understands them, and acts within the configuration you set — filing incoming messages, maintaining your pipeline, drafting replies, and, where you enable it, sending messages and progressing work on your behalf.

You direct the AI through instructions and through approvals. Actions the AI takes on your behalf are your actions: you are responsible for the messages sent from your account and for the outcomes of the configuration you set. We provide controls (approval gates, autonomy settings, spend caps) so you can decide how much to supervise; how you use them is your choice.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and use Run Wild for legitimate business purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Run Wild to:

  • Send spam, or send messages to people who have not consented to receive them where consent is required.
  • Violate any communications, privacy, or marketing law that applies to your messages — including, without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), carrier A2P 10DLC registration and content requirements for SMS, and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or circumvent the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Compliance for the content you direct is yours. Run Wild is the tool; you decide who to contact and what to say (directly or by configuring the AI). You are responsible for obtaining any consents, honoring opt-outs, registering messaging campaigns (including 10DLC where applicable), and maintaining the lawful basis for your outreach. We may suspend accounts that generate abuse complaints or threaten the deliverability and standing of our shared infrastructure.

4. Fees and Usage-Based Billing

Run Wild is priced on a usage-metered model. Paid plans carry a recurring platform fee that includes an allowance of usage; usage is metered as you consume it, and usage beyond your included allowance ("overage") is billed on top at the same rate. Current plan prices, allowances, and rates are on our pricing page and are not restated here.

  • Metering — AI operations are metered; telephony (SMS and voice) is billed at carrier cost as a separate line.
  • Accrual — usage accrues as you use the service and is billed in arrears alongside your recurring fee.
  • Spend controls — you can set a spend cap; when reached, the service degrades gracefully (the AI keeps reading and comprehending but stops sending) rather than cutting off.
  • Payment — fees are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
  • Changes — we may change prices or plan structure prospectively, with notice; changes do not apply retroactively to usage already billed.

5. Third-Party Services

Run Wild connects to services you authorize (for example, Google/Gmail, Microsoft/Outlook, and telephony carriers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for maintaining your accounts with them. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you and your customers put into Run Wild. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the license needed to operate the service on your behalf — to store, process, and transmit your data, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure subprocessors for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

Run Wild retains all rights to its software, models, prompts, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while these Terms are in effect. You retain your own content and business data.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing and standing behind anything sent on your behalf. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run Wild will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Run Wild and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for abuse or non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

Run Wild is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
