Do I have to switch calendars?

No. Cal.com and Google Calendar are first-class today, and Outlook/Office 365 via Microsoft Graph is supported. Calendly and Acuity are on the roadmap.

How does round-robin work?

Configure the rep pool, weighting, and any specialty constraints. The AI picks based on availability and assignment rules. Round-robin is on the AI side, not your calendar tool.

What if a lead wants to reschedule?
