What's free, and what costs money?
Comprehension is free, generation is paid. Reading your inbound, filing it to the CRM, and keeping your pipeline current cost nothing — on every plan, forever. You only pay once the AI starts producing: writing and sending outbound, running automation, and using SMS or voice.
Do you charge per seat or per agent?
Never. Bring your whole team and run as many AI agents as you like. We meter the work the AI actually does — not headcount — so growing your team or consolidating your agents never changes the math.
How does usage-based pricing work?
Pro is one fungible usage reserve. You commit to a low monthly minimum and only pay more if you go past it, billed at the list rate with no cliff. Commit more up front for a lower per-unit rate; unused reserve rolls over.
What happens if I hit my limit?
Nothing breaks and there's no surprise invoice. Your AI gracefully falls back to the free comprehension tier — it keeps reading and filing inbound, it just stops sending — until you add more reserve or your next cycle starts.
Is there a trial of Pro?
Yes — a card-less trial. Start it without entering a card; when it ends it simply pauses, and you choose whether to add a card and continue on Pro or drop back to Free. Trial usage is never billed.
Can I set a spending limit?
Yes, and it's on by default. Set a hard spend cap, get alerts at 50%, 75%, and 100%, and optionally auto-pause at the ceiling — so usage never outruns what you're comfortable spending.
