REST API · Webhooks · MCP

A platform you can build on.

For shops with a developer in-house — or a vendor partner who needs to wire Run Wild into a bigger system — the no-code integrations are not enough. You need real endpoints, real schemas, and real webhooks.

Run Wild ships a REST API, signed webhooks, an MCP server for AI-agent integration, and the SDKs to make all of it ergonomic. Build whatever your business needs.

How it works

Everything you need to build.

01

Generate an API key

OAuth or static keys with scoped permissions. Rotate, revoke, and audit from the dashboard.

02

Call the REST API

Contacts, conversations, pipelines, stages, bookings, payments. Full CRUD with sane defaults.

03

Subscribe to webhooks

Signed, retried, observable. Build event-driven integrations without polling.

04

Or use MCP

Run Wild ships an MCP server so other AI agents (Claude, custom agents) can read and write to your CRM directly.

What you get

Built for engineers, not marketing pages.

REST API

JSON, idiomatic resource paths, predictable status codes. Contacts, conversations, pipelines, stages, events.

Signed webhooks

HMAC-signed payloads, replay protection, retry semantics, in-product event log.

MCP server

Model Context Protocol endpoint. Plug Claude or your own AI agent into Run Wild data and actions directly.

Scoped API keys

Per-key scopes, per-key rate limits, per-key audit logging. Rotate without disrupting the rest.

OpenAPI spec

Full OpenAPI 3.1 spec ships with the platform. Generate clients in any language.

Production-grade limits

100 RPS by default, burst-tolerant, headroom for spikes. Enterprise gets dedicated capacity.

Security and compliance

SOC 2 in progress, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs.

Stable versioning

Date-pinned API versions. Breaking changes get 12 months of overlap. No surprise migrations.

Questions developers ask.

Is there an OpenAPI spec?
Yes. The public API ships with a full OpenAPI 3.1 spec, Swagger UI, and code samples in TypeScript, Python, and curl.
How do webhook signatures work?
HMAC-SHA256 over the raw payload using your webhook secret. Verify in any language with a few lines of code; examples in the docs.
What is the MCP server?
A Model Context Protocol endpoint that lets AI agents (like Claude or your own) read and write Run Wild data with proper auth. Great for "build me a custom Claude that lives in our pipeline."
Can I self-host?
Not today. Run Wild is cloud-hosted. Enterprise customers get dedicated infrastructure, data residency options, and BYOK encryption.
